Paul Milam
Paul Milam is the previous developer of Henson Farms and has been nationally recognized for his considerable achievements in the real estate and development fields. Paul brings 25 years of real estate experience to his new position as Developer/Owner and Director of Sales for Henson Forest. Under his guidance, Henson Farms became the #1 upscale neighborhood in the Triad. Paul is a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and a member of the Institute for Residential Marketing (MIRM).

Virginia Milam
Virginia Milam, Director of Marketing, received a Bachelor of Environmental Design-Architecture degree from NC State and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of South Carolina. She also holds the CSP and MIRM designations. An active participant in the real estate industry, she serves as chairman of the Triad and Triangle Sales & Marketing Councils. Virginia received the Triangle Marketing Director of the Year Award in 1994 and the same recognition from the National Sales and Marketing Council in 1995 for the Eastern Region.
